Objectives
Support Account Managers in delivering individual sales targets
Pro-actively seek to ship as many booked orders during the month of booking as possible
Contribute to the completion of Strategic Account Plans
Help to update operational account documentation for all active Accounts
Deliver effective Product/Value Proposition Training Events to members of the Team
Key Tasks
- To provide technical sales support across all elements of the sales arena.
- To assist with the completion of technical bid response's and sales proposals.
- To be responsible for the initial high level design, development of technical solutions within Ramesys.
- To deliver technical presentations to customers, both individually and collectively, including in-house presentations and demonstrations as well as formal presentations at external venues.
- To liaise with others, both within the department and throughout the Company, with a view to gaining a full understanding of the Company's objectives and procedures.
- To take responsibility, as appropriate, for the technical training and on-the-job development as well as taking full responsibility for self-learning in order to gain the necessary skills required in the role and to keep abreast of the rapid rate of technological innovation within the Industry.
- To provide backup cover for delivery consultants as required.
- To act as the key communications channel between Service Delivery and Sales departments from a technical perspective.
- Assist with the development and management of key partner engagement programmes.
- To provide technical support for Sales related activities.
- To identify further opportunities within current and new customer accounts.
- To provide the technical input into new/existing business proposals/bid responses.
- To ensure a comprehensive handover takes place between Delivery and Pre-Sales Consultants as project ownership transfers between departments.
- To provide technical representation during the risk assessment phase of sales opportunities.
- Uphold Ramesys Information Security Policy and report suspected incidents and observed weaknesses.
